7:30 Report

I'm watching NBC for the rest of the night.

At 7:30 they called West Virginia for Romney, as I expected.  North Carolina and Ohio join Virginia, Georgia and Alabama as too close to call.  That will change soon for Georgia and Alabama, but the first three will go quite some time.

South Carolina becomes the first state to be called on a delayed basis....polls closed at 7 PM EST, but NBC just called it at 7:35.

Romney up 33-3.  One interesting facet of the calendar is that Romney will hold a sizable lead in the early going.  This will turn around at 8 PM when a number of Democratic states will be called.

Florida is amazing already....Obama up 51-48 with 23% of the vote in.
